Wenn ich das so lese : 300 Wrist Bands for Pit - da wird nichts werden aus der City Tour.

wo steht das denn?

in den Hallen in den USA sind es meistens "nur" zwischen 300 und 500 Wristbands für den Pit, das ist eigentlich nichts Neues

Nur reden wir ja hier nicht von einer Halle - oder habsch da was falsch verstanden ?

Ich suche immer noch ein Stehplatz-Ticket für den 9.10. im Giants Stadium - notfalls im Tausch mit dem 8.10, gern aber natürlich zusätzlich.
Wenn noch jemand eins übrig hat oder jemanden kennt - bitte melden!

ACHTUNG!!! Es gibt grad einen Ticketdrop bei Ticketmaster für GAs für den 9.!!!
Haben grad noch die letzten 3 fehlenden für unsere Gruppe bestellt und ich hab mal eben probeweise die max. Anzahl von 8 Tickets eingegeben und hätte diese auch noch kaufen können...also wird's wohl noch ein paar mehr geben...wünsche allen viel Glück!!!

und so soll der Einlass laufen:

wenn ich das richtig verstehe und man die Kommentare bei btx liest, sichert frühzeitiges erscheinen und mit Ausgabe der Bänder um 13 Uhr einen Platz im Pit. sofern man unter den ersten 1000 ist, was gegen 13 Uhr ja möglich sein sollte.

GENERAL ADMISSION LINE – AT GATE B
1.
The field will be all General Admission. There are no reserved seats on the field. Field will be split into a Front GA (a.k.a. “the pit”) and a Back GA.

1:00 PM - On the day of a show, sequentially numbered wristbands will be distributed beginning at 1 PM at gate B (near the walk-over bridge). Approximately 1,000 wristbands will be distributed. If you have a wristband, you do not need to stay in line at Gate B. You must be back for the random number selection at 4:30 PM.

4:30 PM - A starting number will be randomly picked at 4:30 PM, announced and displayed on a placard at gate B. All fans with GA tickets and a wristband should begin lining-up in numerical order beginning with the announced number. The line will be escorted into the GA pit area in front of the stage at approximately 6:00 PM.

The starting number will be drawn randomly at 4:30 PM by a fan. The fan holding the wristband that matches the starting number drawn will be first in line (i.e. if #’s 1 - 1000 were issued and number 818 was drawn, the line would start with 818, then 819, 820, 821 through 1000 then 1-817). When the starting number is announced, the line will shift accordingly.
5.
If you arrive after the wristbands have been distributed or after 4:30 PM, you will line-up in a secondary line that is first-come, first-served. There is no place-holding (“saving spots”) in this line. One person – one spot. If you want to enter the field with a group, you need to all be together when you join the line. This line will not receive a wristband and will be escorted to the field behind the wristband line. The pit will hold more than the 1,000 people with wristbands so you still have a chance to be in the pit if you are on this line.
6.
Large bags, backpacks and coolers are not permitted in the line. If you bring provisions with you for your wait in line, use disposable bags that can be thrown out before you enter the stadium. Please review the list of Prohibited Items so that you have no issues entering the stadium.

Traveling from New York City

In addition to rail service to Giants Stadium, NJ TRANSIT will operate direct bus service from the Port Authority Bus Terminal for all five upcoming Bruce Springsteen concerts -- September 30, October 2, 3, 8 and 9.

Bus service will begin at 4:30 p.m.
Buses will board from "Area X" located at 41st Street and 8th Avenue street level.
Roundtrip fare is $10. (All customers must purchase roundtrip tickets.)
After the concert, buses will depart frequently for up to 90 minutes or until all bus customers are accommodated.
Customers traveling from New York can connect to the Meadowlands Rail Line by taking PATH to Hoboken Terminal, or by traveling from New York Penn Station and connecting at Secaucus Junction.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIPS


NJ TRANSIT is expecting large crowds for all Bruce Springsteen shows. Please take note of the following travel tips:


1. Plan ahead. If you're able to purchase your tickets in advance, you'll save time on the day of the concert.

2. Allow extra time. As with any major stadium event, it can take time to accommodate all customers.

3. Buy your return ticket before starting your trip.

Mhmm...nur stand bei Bruce auf der Seite auch, dass die Will Call Schalter 17 Uhr öffnen...was mich etwas beunruhigt, wenn ich lese, dass die Nummer 16:30 gezogen wird... Hoffentlich kann man die Tickets schon einen Tag eher abholen...

darüber mach ich mir auch gedanken... wristbands gibts doch auch nur mit ticket (also nicht mit will call), oder ???

Ja, das hat mir auch grad jemand gesagt (hab aber auch gehört, dass es Wristbänder auch für Will Call Leute gibt...ich weiß es nicht...hab ja aber eh meine Order Confirmation und KK mit und zeig die dann einfach vor und versuch drauf zu bestehen)...ich hab ne Mail ans Stadion geschrieben und gefragt, ob ich die Tickets schon alle einen Tag eher abholen kann...mal sehen, wann und ob ich Antwort bekomme.

@Barefoot Girl: Halt uns bitte über die Antwort auf dem laufenden - das interessiert denk ich noch mehrere Leute hier!
