I'm pretty sure there must be a bunch of you reading this who remember Martin Praetorius from his band, Scooter and the Streethearts, who toured Europe with Joe Gruschecky and the Houserockers back in '96. I'm very happy to tell you that Martin is very much alive and kickin' these days and has opened for Southside Johnny's last two German shows in Osnabrück as well as the very first LOD show in 2010.
As for "Houserocker", Bill Toms... he is coming across to Germany to play a couple of "house concerts" in Berlin and Hannover respectively on 1 and 2nd June 2012.
Bill and Martin would love an opportunity to play together while Bill is here and this is the question:
Does anyone have any contacts in the Osnabrück/Munster/Bielefeld area where they could play? The dates available are 3rd, 4th and 5th June 2012.

es ist - mit der "Wrecking Ball Tour" rolling into Germany, wahrscheinlich die ungünstigste Zeit, so eine Anfrage zu stellen, trotzdem möchte ich es nicht unversucht lassen:

Mein Freund Bill Toms (ehem. Joe Gruschecky & The Houserockers) kommt im Juni für 2 Haus-Konzerte nach Deutschland.
Bill und ich haben, seit wir 1996 zusammen durch Europa tourten (er bei den Houserockers, ich mit meiner damaligen Band "Scooter & The Streethearts als support) engen Kontakt gepflegt und mehrfach Anläufe unternommen, wieder zusammen zu touren.

Jetzt bietet sich kurzfristig die Gelegenheit, da Bill vom 31.05 - 06.06 in Deutschland sein wird.

Vielleicht habt ihr ja die Möglichkeit, das in eurer Community zu streuen oder uns an Leute zu verweisen, die Interesse haben ein Konzert - sei es in einem kleinen Club oder als Haus-Konzert - zu veranstalten. Der technische Aufwand wird gering sein, da acoustisch, ohne Band. Bill und ich werden jeder ein solo-set spielen und eins zusammen. Die möglichen Daten sind 03.-05.06.2012
